EasyLiving

A friend of mine had the idea to make a card game for a friend who was moving to China for a month. The idea was to make a series of cards that depicted an average day in the life of our group of friends. There was a game element to it as well, although I never quite got all of the details.

My friend supplied all the texts and the images, and I made the cards. I automized everything in LaTeX up to the point where we just had to include a file with definitions to generate the cards. The coloured biezes were drawn using \pdfliteral with PDF graphics primitives.

When everything was done, we printed it, created a manual, boxed it, wrapped it, and gave it to the guy who was moving to China. He was really happy with it. So was I: I consider this a classic.
